Guiding principle: Document everything and be transparent

In Mexico, we like to keep things as casual as possible. Though this relaxed attitude usually makes life less stressful for us, it can also have the opposite effect. The lack of structure can turn ordinary business transactions into perfect nightmares for clients and service providers.

The goal of any quality assurance program is to ensure that products or services do not turn into nightmares. This is impossible without a corpus of documented policies and procedures. Without such documentation, quality is subjective.

I post all of my policies and procedures to this site. I reserve the unrestricted right to modify, augment, or delete any policy or procedure posted on this web site at any time. Policies applicable to a given situation are those that were posted on this site whenever a formal price quote was signed by both parties.
